The two sites www.tyven.com (“Tyven site”) and www.codeeta.com (“Codeeta site”) and their corresponding rights of intellectual and industrial property belong to Tyven. It is prohibited any transfer, cession, sale, rental and/or publishing of these sites without the corresponding authorization of its holder. The information displayed in these webs has an informational nature and Tyven disclaims any responsibility regarding errors or lack of detail in such information.
Tyven reserves its right to modify the content of those webs without previous notice and without any limitation. The information sent to these webs or introduced through their forms must be true and will not break any third-party rights or be against the law.

Tyven offers in the Tyven site and Codeeta site information related with the type of activity, products and services that runs, subject to sign-up and governed by the Terms and Conditions agreed.
Tyven reserves its right to update, modify or delete the information present in the Codeeta site and the Tyven site, limiting or stopping access to that information. Specially, Tyven reserves its right to stop, limit or impede access to the Codeeta site and Tyven site when technical difficulties arise due to circumstances beyond Tyven’s control that, as judged by its personnel, diminish or deactivate the security levels needed for the right operation of the sites.

Nonetheless, the user must be aware that Digital Security Measures are not 100% guaranteed.
The users have legal rights and they will able to ask for access rights, cancellation, rectification and counter-action, and also to be informed of any cession made by contacting Tyven.
Tyven may use “cookies” when a user browses the site, linking it only to a browser in a certain computer system (anonymous user), not storing the identity of the user (name). Through the use of cookies, Tyven can recognize the browsers of registered users after they have registered for the first time without having to identify themselves in each visit to access areas and services reserved exclusively for them.
